Returns & Exchanges

At Cuts Clothing, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Return Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original mailer, and attach the label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
